Cancellations, Late Fees & Missed Appointments
Our Cancellation Policy applies to all over-the-phone, text message and online bookings.
Credit cards are required on your file for all bookings; they are confidentially and securely stored in our database.
The only time your card is charged is when we must enforce our policy of a last minute cancellation or no-show appointment.
As a courtesy, appointment reminder texts & emails are sent 72hrs prior to your appointment. If you do not provide at least 48 hours notice when changing or cancelling an appointment, you will be charged up to 100% of the service total.
Late for Appointment
If you are more than 10 minutes late to your appointment, your stylist reserves the right to reschedule you for a later date and charge you the cancellation fee of your service. Plan to arrive at least 5 minutes before your scheduled appointment.
If you do not provide any notice and miss your appointment, you will be charged up to 100% of your scheduled service total. After 2 no-show appointments, we will no longer be providing services to you.
All appointments scheduled online are subject to a $50 deposit towards your requested services. You may manage, change and cancel appointments in more than 48 hours in advance. A credit card must be implemented on file for all bookings. The only time your card will ever be charged is in case of last minute cancellations or no-show appointments. Select stylists may not be available for Online Bookings due to scheduling restrictions.
Less than 48 hours notice of cancelling your appointment will result in a charge of 50% of requested services.
Less than 24 hours notice of cancelling your appointment will result in a charge up to 100% of the requested services.

When you forget to cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and clients on our waitlist miss the opportunity to receive services. Your stylist also loses their pay for the duration of your scheduled appointment. All of our stylists are independent business owners; meaning 100% of their income comes from their clients. Our time and yours is valuable; with the rising number of last-minute cancellations and no-shows, and inflation over the past year, it's even more important to us to enforce our cancellation policy going forward.

That’s why appointment changes and cancellations with more than 48 hours notice are still free.

Redo / Refund
As stylists, we know that not receiving the type of color you were hoping for can be one of the hardest things to deal with, and we want to help make this experience as smooth as possible. We are happy to make any necessary adjustments to perfect your dream hair within 14 days of your original visit, however that does not constitute an entirely new service.
At no point will we issue a refund on any services performed.
This is where you and your stylist discuss your hair goals, previous hair colouring history, and budget. We want to ensure that you and your stylist are a great fit, and can collaborate effectively to ensure a positive experience. If what you're asking for is not within their specific wheelhouse of services, we can recommend another stylist in our salon that provides such services. This is why our consultations are always separate, however single services (such as haircuts) do not need a consultation prior to scheduling in.
