Due to the high demand in appointment requests, The Stylist & Co. is implementing a strict Cancellation Policy.
Your appointments are very important to The Stylist & Co., it is reserved especially for you, we understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary due to various reasons; however, we respectfully request at least 24 hours notice for cancellations.
Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and clients on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services. This policy allows us to inform our stand-by clients of any availability, as well as keeping our schedules filled, thus better serving everyone.
As a courtesy we do send confirmation texts 48hrs prior to your appointment, we do realize it is easy to forget an appointment booked over a month ago.
Less than 24 hours of cancellation will result in a charge equal to 50% of the reserved service amount on future booking.
NO SHOWS on appointments over $100 will be required to leave a deposit of $50 on all future bookings and charged 50% of the services missed.
NO SHOWS on haircuts (or non-chemical services) will be charged 50% of missed reserved services on future bookings.
After 3 consecutive NO SHOW appointments The Stylist & Co. will no longer be providing future services for you.
CLIENTS RECEIVE DISCOUNTS WHEN SALON CANCELS
The Stylist & Co. stands by our policies and feel that it is only fair that we honour the same to our clients. If for any reason the salon is to cancel on a client with less than 24hrs of the appointment scheduled, we will honour 50% off on your next service. However, if the cancellation is due to situations that are out of our hands such as a power outage, unfortunate incident, etc… that requires the salon to be closed during regular business hours, we would gladly reschedule your appointment. The 50% discount will not apply.
HAIR ISN'T PERFECT?
If a client remains dissatisfied with the service provided despite our efforts to please, management will determine whether the client should receive a corrective service or a refund.
1. If a client is dissatisfied with their colour/they feel as though something is wrong, they are given a maximum of 2 weeks to come back for an appointment for a ONE-TIME ‘fix’ at no cost.
2. It is our duty to inform you of the best suited color and cut for you. If you are adamant on change outside of what was advised during your consultation you will be asked to sign a contract stating what was advised and you accept the change. If you are unhappy with the change and wish to alter it in any way, you will be charged for a separate color service despite dissatisfaction.
