- To book services online, a credit card is necessary.
- If you're unsure about which services to book, please contact us for guidance
- New clients who want to book a chemical/colour service must schedule a consultation to discuss their hair history and budget.
- You can cancel or reschedule online, but if it's less than 48 hours before your appointment, you call us and pay a cancellation fee.
- Prices are subject to change based on factors, including your stylist's expertise, the products used, the length of your hair, and the required to complete the service.
- If you're 15 minutes late for your appointment, you'll charged up to 100% of the services you booked
